Paul and Ruben Flores both pleaded not guilty this morning to the murder and accessory to the murder of Kristin Smart, respectively.
Presiding Judge Craig van Rooyen set the date of the trial to start on April 25.
A hearing date for a pre-trial conference has been set for 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 6. It will be conducted on Zoom.
