Cal Poly FITS x SFC hosts third annual fashion show

Nestled in the rolling, pastoral hills between San Luis Obispo and Los Osos lies “The Ranch,” home of Cow Eyes vocalist and guitarist Eli Diaz. Surrounded by tall grasses and grazing cattle, his home is the three-pieces’ main practice space and the inspiration behind their new LP, aptly titled “Ranch Radio.”

High Tea Drag show celebrates love, expression and fashion

On Saturday, Feb. 10, Cal Poly Drag, FITS (Fashion, Innovation, Trendsetting and Styling) and the Sustainable Fashion Club (SFC) hosted a High Tea Valentines Drag show at the Plant Conservatory. The event included a valentine-making station sponsored by Cal Poly Letters of Love as well as a photo booth, tooth gems and a bring-your-own mug tea station.

On Jan. 22, Cal Poly’s Associated Students Incorporated (ASI) Craft Center reopened after six months of renovations, offering new classes and updated safety features, according to ASI Assistant Director of Student Engagement and Assessment Jill Baxter.
